I've been playing FFXIV since 2015 and RPing for much longer. I don't RP as often anymore due to my work/personal life balance but I still enjoy it! I am on the Crystal DC specifically Balmung.   biography  

Shiori never knew of her birth parents and was put into an Orphanage at an unknown young age. She didn't remain there for very long, not long enough to form any real memories. She was adopted by Lisette and Aldwyn Daiviere as their only child. She had what would be considered a normal upbringing. The Daiviere name was fairly known; her father was a weaponsmith who helped supply weapons throughout the Dragonsong War, and her mother owned a small library. Shiori did not know much hardship growing up and spent most of her time playing with other children, being homeschooled by her mother, and watching her father from a safe distance at the forge.As she got older, she helped her mother more around the library.
